Fashion & Style: Ermanno Scervino Spring Summer 2017

Ermanno Scervino’s true love has always been a womanly kind of glamour, “like Liz Taylor’s in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof”. That is what inspired his Spring Summer collection, resulting in the Italian designer has once again spoiling us with a feminine delicate ensemble of shirts, pants, cashmere pull overs… with cat details. Straw hats, cashmere pulls, jackets all with a cat face are definitely one of this summer’s wardrobe must haves… fun, feminine and very sporty chic.

The second “it” piece from the collection, is that Ermanno Scervino “wanted a summery fur”, and created with his artisans in Florence, Italy, a wow effect, Astrakhan-lookalike fabric from a silk yarn which he dyed in exploding colors. Catheryne Gaeyla selected an electric blue jacket which you can easily pair with a pencil skirts or even denim jeans, which will give you an uptown chic look.

Finally the last range of the summer collection stays true to his hyper-feminine mantra: “Women must be soigné”, which is represented with a Gobelin tapestry inspired woven jacket, patchwork jeans paired with his signature white lace shirts.
